Mission Statement

At ESTRELLA FAMILY MEDICAL, our goal is to provide 100% access to quality pediatric and family primary healthcare to residents of Goodyear and surrounding communities in southwest Maricopa County, friendly, professionally, and culturally appropriate.

Within this mission is the concept of the entire ESTRELLA FAMILY MEDICAL Unit achieving quality focused, cost effective, family-based health services with dignity and respect for all people without regard to culture or lifestyle and to provide the information and support necessary to promote the patients’ participation in health care decisions.

VISION

EFM's vision is to provide 100% access to care and 0 health disparities. Obtaining this vision requires developing organizational strength and commitment through our management, medical providers and staff to provide quality based, team oriented health systems. These systems are developed to positively impact the quality of life for the communities we serve.

The patient is the foundation of the health system and is the catalyst for all organizational decisions. The health system identifies and uses the needs of the patient and community to springboard the development of programs that impact the community's short and long term wellness. Thus, our "Commitment to Healthy Lifestyles".

The organization establishes collaborative relationships by developing a network to maximize resources in providing a continuum of care. The network must include other medical specialists, hospitals, health and human service agencies, schools, businesses and communities.
